With advancing climate change, anglers have a lot to lose if water conditions change drastically in the coming decades. One solution is obviously to reduce the amount of carbon we put into the atmosphere. And one way to do that is through renewable energy. 

Like all energy sources, there are pros and cons to renewable energy.

I wonder what people in the angling community think about renewables? If legislation that was recently introduced (which creates a fund specifically for conservation from royalties paid by renewables) were to pass, would renewable energy be more palatable to sportsmen?
