About me: 
I learned about fishing from my grandfather as a little girl in upstate NY. Took up fly fishing in 2006, and there’s been no looking back since. Graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a Bachelors degree in Biology, and has a Masters in Business from Nazareth College. I've volunteered teaching TU Women Fly Fishing seminars in the NYS area for over the last 11 years and have taught a over 400 women to learn how to fly fish in central NY with various NY TU Chapters. I volunteered and guide both male & female Vets as part of the Project Healing Waters (PHW) rehabilitation program for the past 10 years. My husband Dave & I currently are the fly fishing program coordinator's for the OASIS Adaptive Sports, Inc which supports disabled military veterans in a variety of sports activities. I'm chair of Women's & Diversity initiatives Committee by the NY TU State Council. I'm currently serve as the DI & membership chair on the Board of Directors for the Seth Green Chapter of TU. I previously served on the Board of Trustees at the Catskill Fly Fishing Center & Museum here in NYS and am currently a volunteer fly fishing instructor with the Upstate NY Chapter of Casting for Recovery.
