Where do you find women's gear?

Any great shops that stock a lot of gear for women?

My favorite baselayers are Patagonia's Capilene 2's, 3's, and 4's. They keep me so warm when fishing in the late fall and winter. I couldn't live without them! If you're patient, you can wait for online sales. =)
