New Book on Trout in KY!

Bluegrass Chapter member Tom Schrodt and Valerie Askren recently published Fly Fishing Kentucky. A book covering all aspects of fly fishing for trout in 36 trout streams, tailwaters, and lakes in KY. It includes entries on ecology, stocking schedules, fishing recommendations, and directions/acess. Additionally, there's info on tackle, knots, casting techniques, common KY insect, reading water, flies, regulations, and a glossary & index. The prologue, written by Dave Baker (editor of Kentucky Afield), gives a brief history of the state's trout program.
